| The
Digital Algometer determines the pain threshold using a pressure transducer
probe. It is useful in Physiotheraphy,
Electrophysiology, Neuro-muscular pain
studies and Bio-research |
Operation
Just
keep the transducer probe tip on the selected site. Press power switch ON .Exert
required pressure on site by pressing transducer firmly. The Digital display
will give the actual pressure applied at the site in Kgs per square cm. Exert
pressure until the subject indicates sign of pain . The digital reading at this
point is the pain-threshold value. To store this value , press the HOLD switch.
